Booking, payment & cancellation
Bookings made on this website are confirmed in real time and receive an official reservation number by email.
Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Card payments are processed by an encrypted, certified payment gateway. Bank transfer and pay-on-arrival are offered where the rate allows.
Prices are shown in Libyan dinar (LYD) and include taxes and service unless stated otherwise.
